the new league switcher contains a variety of choices that you can choose from, all the teams will be available regardless of the leagues you choose, there is also an option to remove completely MLS teams from Latin america continent.
as in the previous versions, all the leagues have correct names and logos, it is worth mentioning that it is not possible to change the league structure without bugging the game, for example, so we are aware that African cup should be groups rather than knockout as konami made it, but changing the structure caused a sea of bugs, so do not expect changes in that concern.
the 10 options in the league switcher are:

Teams:
this edition have 90 teams more than the previous version, you can see all the teams in the game in the TEAMS 2017 page, all teams and national teams can be used normally in FL modes.
the patch have 606 overall teams, with correct logos, kits, squads, manager, stadium name and fans color, as usual when we find any error we will correct in updates.
Players:
as you might imagine, adding such a big number of teams will result in adding a huge number of new players, all players created have correct attributes, there might be some minor errors since there are more than 4000 new players added, the stats are from the patch database with SRS stats.
the number of players in the patch is more than 13.000 player, around 3000 of them have real faces in this version, note that we do not create the faces, we only re-texture and re-assign, to see the face maker you can check pes-stars website.
as the original game have fake teams and players, and incorrect names due to the lack of licencing, this also resulted in duplicated players, the patch removes and replaces all fake and duplicated players with real life players.
Stadiums:
this version includes an updated stadium pack v3, the stadiums in the patch are 40 unique models, converted from previous PES and smoke versions, we included a verity of locations for the stadiums, with high quality texture and fans, and HD skies for all stadiums.
the stadiums have a lot of special ad-boards, all leagues new and old have correct ad-boards, with a lot of the major teams have their own special ad-boards.
we have created HD turfs for the stadiums for optimal quality and game-play, we are aware that some find it bright or saturated, some find it dark, it is a matter of taste, our only goal is to have them as real as possible, you can always change the luminosity of your screen if you have other preference.
LOW QUALITY setting users will not benefit the full potential of the game graphics due to a limited system power, the HD turfs will show a flat green color at night, we made a special turfs similar to konami turf that is compatible with low quality settings, can be downloaded and installed separably from addons.
all teams in the game have correct stadium names, but as you surly know there is a bug that shows default name for teams without original stadium model in FL modes, we still cant find a solution for this so far.
Boots:
this version uses smoke boot pack v2, no changes in this version concerning the boots, smoke patch have 100 boots that contain a verity of model colors and designs. the model and texture are made for a smooth game-play and high quality.
some fans really need a more updated boots, a new boot pack will be made separately sometime in the near future, until then you can install other boot pack by renaming and replacing the boots file (010_smkdb_bo.cpk)
Others:
the patch adds more real balls to the game, including a couple of fantasy balls, a lot of other things also added such as referees kits and faces, a lot of real goalkeeper gloves and many other stuff that will make the game better and better.
smoke patch uses only konami game-play, we never change or edit or modify the exe in anyway, as we believe that konami did a fine job with that.
Other changes in this version:
- fixed konami bug with master league game plan
this mistake was made by konami after one of the live updates released, this prevented the game plan changes to be saved after exiting the game, in this version we corrected this mistake and now you can save the changes without any problem.
- revised stats for major clubs (SRS)
since this version is detached from live updates, we started revising the stats according to our system which we use in all previous pes version, in the 9.4 we started with the big teams, and will keep reviewing the stats in future updates.
- fixed extra cpk files (9-16)
a small bug prevented the new extra cpk files from working, after installing this version all extra cpk files can be used for your custom edits, please be careful when adding things not made by us.
- fixed random crash/bug
some reported a bug when playing with or against some teams in master league, this was a problem with the stadium assignment and with the league/cup system files, this version will fix this but a new FL mode might be needed for the fix to work.
Installation
- Extract patch files
download all parts and be sure all are completed, extract only part one the rest will be extracted automatically, don't move any of the installation files or folders.
- Run Setup 94.exe
run the installer and choose PES installation folder, the patch must be installed in the same game folder, be sure you don't get errors and that the installer finished successfully.
NOTES:
- always check and install the latest smoke update when available.
- delete old patch and old edit file is highly recommended (to avoid any possible errors and to free disk space)
- starting new ML and BAL is recommended (to use new teams, new players and others)
- do not use old edit00000 files (using older or other edit files might bug the game)
- do not generate dpfilelist (use smoke extra cpk instead to add things)
- This version is made to focus on offline modes, online feature will not find opponents due the the difference between the patch system files and the original game.

That post is to solve problem with stadium server stadium that clashes with existent ID.
I’ve also removed the most part of the bill folders (many stadiums are old with old adboards and sometimes that cause crashes) so use some adboard pack to add the right things… (VRED ADBOARDS of sonofsams IMO are the best choice)Also some pitches are changed..
Please don’t accuse me to stole works, i’ve also asked to stadium maker to move stadium to a different ID for stadium server. No one did it, i did it.

Pokusat cu naci kako,mada mislim da su oni komplet Portugalsu ligu izbacili, ubacili svoje timove i ID ostao isti a na novo radili Porto,Benficu,Sporting ..itd
Ako nadjem odradio bi i ja navijanja za vecinu klubova Balkanske Lige i proslijedio ti.

This is a very simple example of how a random snow switch can be done: when stadium conditions are determined before the match, the module checks if it is rain and winter, and then switches rain to snow with approximately 50% chance.
IMPORTANT:
if you use stadium-server by @zlac, then you need to make sure that you put snow-mod.lua above StadiumServer.lua in sider.ini. Like this:

Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. will release PES 2018, the latest edition of its highly regarded football series on September 14th, 2017. The publisher has also pledged that the new game aims high and will unveil a wide-range of improvements to award-winning series.
Having established the PES series as the most realistic and intuitive football title for home systems, KONAMI has set its stall early with an extensive range of new elements that build upon the previously laid foundations. Centred on the concept that PES 2018 is “Where Legends are Made”, the new game hits the floor running with new features, new ways to play, a PC version to the standard of the leading console iterations, and an unrivalled gameplay experience.
PES 2018 features more new additions than any other PES title in the last 10 years, and no part of the game has been left untouched. At its heart remains the famed gameplay where users enjoy complete control over the on-field action, using players that behave, move and react just like their real-life counterparts. New additions to the control systems add more fluidity to the game, while a new user interface makes accessing the many facets of PES 2018 a simpler process.
Control is everything in a football game, and PES 2018 retains the immediacy and total control the series is famed for alongside new refinements that hone its authenticity. Matches are played at a more realistic pace, while a new strategic dribbling system offers greater close control, including contextual shielding to protect the ball. Similarly, simple movements of the control stick can be used to initiate shimmies designed to wrong-foot defenders. KONAMI has also implemented a REAL Touch + process, wherein players will react to receiving a ball using permissible parts of the body, such as chest, head and legs to bring a pass under control dependent on the height and pace of the incoming ball. All set piece routines have also been totally reworked, notably the way penalty kicks are taken and a one-player kick off routine as well.
PES 2018’s visual acuity has also improved. A new REAL Capture system provides true-to-life lighting across day and night games, while over 20,000 components have been faithfully recreated to recreate the turf, tunnels, and the surrounding areas of stadia such as Camp Nou and Signal Iduna Park. The individuality of how players move, shape to shoot and make passes is also closer to real life, with KONAMI motion-capturing players within realistic environments in a complete overhaul of the in-game animation system. Core movements such as walking, turning, and posture have been reworked also, while the player models now have greater variety, with attention paid to the way kits fit differing physiques. KONAMI’s agreements with partner teams will also see tattoos recreated on players as well.
With the renowned gameplay and visuals upped in every respect, PES 2018 also allows more ways for people to enjoy the match day experience. Full 11-Vs-11 online options and the eternally popular myClub challenge where players build a team from scratch, are joined by co-operative 2-Vs-2 and 3-Vs-3 modes with support for local guests. The much-requested ‘Random Selection’ match returns with all new content, while the Master League implements pre-season tournaments, a new transfer system and pre-match interviews and an insight to the changing rooms.
The continuing success of the PES series as an eSport staple has also been reflected with the PES LEAGUE fully integrated into the main game. With 16 of the world’s greatest PES players set to gather ahead of June’s UEFA Champions League final to compete for a $200,000 prize, PES 2018 will allow for easy entry to next year’s competition, and add related PES LEAGUE modes surrounding myClub, Online Co-Operative matches and the Random Selection matches.

– new: events “after_set_conditions” and “after_set_conditions_for_replay”. These events can be useful, if your module does not want to make any changes to weather or stadium selection, but just want the latest information about what the stadium is and what conditions have been chosen. (see docs/scripting.txt for documentation)
– change: updated gameplay.ini with newest supported options (ball_magnus, ball_scale_*)
